Refund policy
We operate a 14-day return policy (including bank holidays and weekends). Goods must be back with us by the 14th day. The returns period starts from the first day delivery was attempted.
Please note you are required to return unwanted orders via post. The Fashion Den will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.
Please note that we only accept returns or exchanges where;
- All the original labels, tags are still attached
- Not worn or damaged
- Has no makeup, fake tan or other marks on it
- Must be posted back within 14 days from receipt of the item
Any shoes posted back to us must be in the original (undamaged) packaging supplied.
Please bear in mind that for hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on jewellery, intimates and/or swimwear if the hygiene strip is broken or unsealed. We will only make exception in the unlikely event of your order being faulty, unfit for purpose and/or the incorrect item purchased.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 5 Pittengullies Brae, Aberdeen, AB14 0QS, United Kingdom
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
